Choose your preferred property, select your dates, and complete your reservation online. For the best rates, we recommend booking directly with us. A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking, while the remaining balance can be paid when you arrive.

Check-in is available between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please collect your keys at the relevant A CASA key collection point depending on your destination:
On your departure day, please check out by 10 am. This gives our team enough time to prepare the apartment for the next guests.
A CASA apartments include one parking space per apartment, either directly in front of the property, in a carport, or in a garage.
A CASA offers some of the best fully-equipped apartments in Tyrol. Apartments come with kitchens with hobs, ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, electric kettles, coffee machines, glasses, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Bedrooms and bathrooms include bed linens, towels, a hair dryer, and toilet paper. Fast WiFi, a free parking slot, and a ski room with a boot heater are also included. From Monday to Saturday, you can use our bread delivery service for an extra fee.
Depending on your chosen property, you can also enjoy extras such as balconies, pools, wellness areas, and more.
In Sölden and Längenfeld, you can order fresh bakery products online and have them delivered to your apartment around 7 am. Please order by 2 pm the day before.
In Serfaus, you can place your order at reception until 3:30 pm the day before. Your freshly-baked bread rolls will be ready for collection at the reception by 7 am.
Yes, pets are welcome! Keep in mind that an additional fee applies (€10 per pet per night in Sölden and Längenfeld, or €15 per pet per night in Serfaus).
We provide baby cots free of charge for children up to 3 years old. High chairs are also available on request.
Guests staying 10 nights or longer receive a complimentary towel change, while stays of 14 nights or more also include a free bed linen change.
Additional services can also be arranged during your stay, including extra bed linen (€10 per set), bathrobe rental (€15), and laundry services (€20 per washing or drying cycle, or €40 for washing and drying combined). If you require an extra bed for an extra person, the cost is between €35 and €65, depending on the location.
Lost or broken key cards can be replaced for €5.
We want every guest to feel at home at A CASA. We kindly ask you to use the designated ski rooms for your equipment, separate waste correctly, and leave the apartment in a clean condition.
Please also note that quiet hours begin at 10 pm to ensure a relaxing stay for all guests. Before checking out, we ask that dishes are cleaned and the dishwasher started, as additional cleaning fees may apply if the kitchen is left excessively dirty.

A CASA apartments are conveniently located near gondolas, ski lifts, or ski bus stops. Check the individual apartment pages for exact distances and transport options.
Choose between Sölden, known for its 147 kilometres of slopes, glacier skiing, and lively après-ski scene, and Serfaus, a family-friendly alternative with wide pistes, ski schools, and child-friendly facilities. If you’d like to try out various destinations, consider the peaceful village of Längenfeld, located close to Sölden, Gurgl, and Oetz.
Both destinations offer beginner-friendly slopes, ski schools, and easy access to ski areas. Sölden combines practice areas with more advanced terrain, while Serfaus is popular with families and first-time skiers.
