It’s usually associated with skiing, and rightly so, with the official Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis featuring 214 kilometres of slopes. Serfaus also offers easier pistes, ski schools, and themed winter areas for younger ones learning to ski. Summer is just as rewarding, with scenic hikes and nearby adventure parks like Murmliwasser, Erlebnispark Hög, and Bikepark.
A CASA has three residences directly in the main pedestrian village of Serfaus, the only place in Austria besides the capital to feature its own subway. Each residence offers several apartments with kitchens, wellness areas, and in some cases, indoor and outdoor pools.
Located in the heart of the Ötztal, Längenfeld is best known for the Aqua Dome thermal spa. Home to warm outdoor thermal pools set against 3,000-metre mountain peaks, it also offers saunas, fitness classes, and massages.
In Längenfeld, choose from two distinct A CASA properties: A CASA Elegance, a modern apartment residence in the village centre, and Rimlhof by A CASA, a cosy alpine complex with traditional Tyrolean charm. Beyond wellness, Längenfeld and Ötztal valley have year-round hiking and cycling routes, as well as easy access to Sölden, Gurgl, and Oetz via convenient bus connections.
